Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer

Our client is a full-service wealth manager providing financial advice, investment platforms and offering a full breadth of investment management services.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Provide good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 and evaluate business processes against standard Dynamics 365 functionality and the wider components of the Power Platform
• Customising Dynamics 365 (Creating tables, columns, forms, Apps etc.)
• Building Flows (Power Automate)
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions driven by Dynamics365 CRM by understanding the needs of the business and mapping these as business processes
• Ensure that simple, supportable and upgradable solutions are developed and deployed
• Responsible for documenting clear and concise business requirements which outline what a Dynamics365 CRM solution will look like within Azure DevOps

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in software development
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365
• Ability to use JavaScript and potentially plug-ins
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
• Agile
• Azure DevOps
• Good attention to detail and the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable, actionable chunks that can be understood by project teams and customers/end users
• Strong interpersonal skills: proficient in stakeholder management, proactive team player
