Your Life within the OneCloud initiative:

  • Build a national strategic sales plan and go-to-market strategy to generate and develop business opportunities.
  • Responsible for growing the segment of business across Microsoft Territory Sales, Development and Solution Expertise. 
  • Collaborate with Microsoft, Industry, Practice and Delivery teams to align offerings and messaging within the Hybrid Multi-Cloud Edge landscapes.
  • Lead Territory Sales Executive, Partner Relationships to drive new logos and expand existing Client Portfolios. 

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of technical sales and relationship management experience as a Subject Matter Advisor across IT Transformation journeys. 
  • Seasoned leader, with experience in building and leading a high-performance sales team.
  • Consultative selling background in analyzing and solving customer problems. Strong Hyperscaler sales and partnership experience.
  • Well-versed in Solution Development and translating Client needs to technical solutions.
  • Experience in building long-term strategic relationships at senior levels.
  • Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
  • Extremely proactive and organized with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Go-To-Market functions: Partner Development Directors and Dedicated Territory Sales Executives.
  • Act as Executive Liaison and connection integrator for Cross Functional Teams; Atos OneCloud Business Line, Practice Groupings and Microsoft.
  • Work with key clients to discover needs and translate into technical solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Own Executive relationship, development and connection for Atos Leaders.
  • Own, Grow and Manage the Account Plans and Pipeline for Microsoft segmented clients in Atos OneCloud.
  • Act as Executive Leader for key prospecting and pursuits to ensure Microsoft Partner representation is infused.
  • Escalation channel for Microsoft, Industry teams and Atos OneCloud Executives.
  • Owns roll-up of Atos OneCloud Financial reporting for Key Partner segmented Clients and Territory Sales
  • As a Player Coach, own personal client relationships and targets as well as, manage a team of Territory Sales Executives and Partner Development Directors to exceed targets and goals.
