We are in search of an exceptional and experienced Mid-Level UI & Visual Designer to join our dynamic innovation team, specializing in crafting quick proof of concepts centered around AI. As a Mid-Level UI & Visual Designer, you will work alongside a senior designer to shape outstanding user experiences, visually captivating interfaces, and forward-thinking visual designs for our digital products.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into user needs and pain points. Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop journey maps to inform the design process effectively.
• Visual Design: Develop visually compelling and consistent designs that align with our brand identity, enhancing the overall user experience. Support the senior designer in providing creative direction for visual design language.
• Data Visualization: Assist in designing and implementing innovative data visualization solutions that communicate complex information to users intuitively and effectively.
• Design System Support: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across diverse products and platforms.
• Information Architecture: Work with Product Managers and engineers to structure data and functionalities, ensuring an optimized and user-friendly experience. Organize information hierarchies and navigation flows to enhance user interactions.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Participate in the rapid iteration of design concepts using industry-standard design tools. Create detailed and interactive prototypes to validate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.
• User Accessibility: Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring our products cater to users of all abilities and backgrounds. Incorporate best practices and guidelines for accessibility.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices within the AI and design industry. Share insights and industry knowledge with the team to drive continuous innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design projects, with an emphasis on user-centered design and data visualization.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user experience design.
• Passion for innovation and creating solutions that improve user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with the team.
• Based in the US.
