Mid-Senior Product Designer

The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the product trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Engineering Manager) and the wider team to tackle NordPass business and user experience challenges.
• Participate and support the team throughout all stages of the product development workflow. This includes framing and validating problems, defining functional requirements, mapping out user flows, providing user-centric insights, and designing solutions to assist our customers.
• Transform ambitious, broad scopes and complex ideas into clear, manageable, and intuitive solutions.
• Continually refine the designed solutions based on insights from UX research, quantitative data, business requirements, and technical considerations.
• Work with Business Intelligence, UX Research, and UX Writing teams to ensure the team's efforts align towards creating a world-class product.
• Foster a feedback culture by offering and receiving constructive criticism from fellow designers, either individually or in a group setting.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within both the Design Guild and the larger product organisation.
• Actively contribute to strategic design initiatives aimed at elevating quality and professional growth within the Design Guild.

Core Requirements

• At least 3+ years of product design experience building digital products;
• Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop/iOS/Android);
• Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
• A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work;
