Molding Assembler Day Shift (7AM-7PM) $21.00/hr. Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for an Injection Molding Assembler to be based out of Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Molding Manager, this Molding Assembler’s will perform repetitive workstation or assembly line operations to mass produce components into a completed product. What you’ll do: • Read and comprehend production Standard Work • Ensure production materials are available • Operate and observe machinery during production. • Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards. • Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals. • Adhere to all safety procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions immediately. • Perform any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. • Operate cutting utensil. • Perform close-in assembly work in manufacture of connector assemblies. • Operate any equipment needed to perform job. • Report any quality control issues to supervisor. • Work as individual or team environment. • Perform related duties as needed by supervision. • Perform Other Duties as Assigned. What you'll bring: • Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent. • 3-5 years Assembly, Machine Operator and/or manufacturing experience • Ability to understand and follow instructions • Basic math and counting skills. • Ability to read and understand measuring tools • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted • Have an attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization. • Maintain a clean & safe environment • All associates must embrace and foster an environment that supports our core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork and Accountability Within 3 months, you’ll: • Complete any required training • Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role. • Be well-versed in Atkore’s Business System and the importance of your role to daily operations. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $21.00/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
