Sodexo is seeking an Multi-Service Manager 1, for Newark Beth Israel Hospital, located in Newark, New Jersey. This is over a 600-bed acute care facility.

What You'll Do

This position will manager a Union Staff, on the client payroll for the Patient Transport Department. This is a 2nd shift position 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

  • Implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve patient satisfaction and throughput.
  • Interact with patients and the staff
  • Perform HR functions including hiring, orientation, training, payroll and direct supervision and development
  • Maintain safety documentation and training for unit

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
