As a Multimedia Communications Strategist, you’ll bring the WellPower story to life through dynamic, engaging digital and print content. You’ll collaborate with mental health experts, community members and senior leadership to craft high-impact campaigns, manage brand storytelling and create exclusive written and video content that makes a positive difference.

As a Multimedia Communications Strategist, you’ll: 

  • Create compelling content for social media, video productions and campaigns to engage a wide range of audiences.
  • Partner with mental health experts and community members to amplify voices and inspire action.
  • Strengthen our brand through innovative storytelling, strategic marketing and creative design.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A masterful storyteller with expertise in digital and print content creation.
  • A data-savvy marketer skilled in analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
  • A creative thinker with experience in video production, social media and tools like Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • A strong communicator who can convey passion and energy with clear written, verbal and visual communications products.

Position “Must Haves”: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, or communications (nonprofit, healthcare, or human services experience preferred). 

What You Can Expect: 

  • Starting salary: $36.87/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Schedule: Full-time, typical office hours (Mon – Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.), with flexibility.
  • Work style: Hybrid/remote work arrangement (Colorado residency required).
