Job Duties and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the Multimedia Specialist role is a creative thinker with a passion for multimedia production and storytelling. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for producing compelling multimedia content across various platforms, including but not limited to video, audio, graphics, and interactive media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to develop content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and script projects, ensuring clarity, coherence, and effectiveness in storytelling
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance content quality and engagement
• Optimize content for distribution across multiple channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations
• Manage assets, including organizing files, maintaining a digital library, and ensuring proper version control
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed to support production requirements
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices, tools, and techniques

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in production, film, digital media, or a related field
• Proven experience in multimedia production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects across different mediums

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles, cinematography, sound design, and graphic design.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
