Your Life within the OneCloud initiative:

  • Lead Google Partner Development and Solution Expertise as a relationship owner and trusted advisor.
  • Build a national strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities.
  • Responsible for growing the segment of business across Industry and Territories.
  • Collaborate with Google, Industry, Practice and Delivery teams to align offerings and messaging within the Hybrid Multi-Cloud Edge landscapes.

Your Expertise:

  • 7+ years of Partner Development, technical sales/relationship management experience as a Subject Matter Advisor across IT Transformation journeys. 
  • Consultative selling background in analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Well-versed in Solution Development and translating Client needs to technical solutions.
  • Experience in building long-term strategic relationships at senior levels.
  • Extremely proactive and organized with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Hold overall accountability of the Google Partner success within Atos.
  • Manage Partner Development Executives directly responsible for execution of Territory Account Plans.
  • Act as Liaison and connection integrator for Google to Atos Sales, Cross Functional Teams, Atos OneCloud Business Line and Practice Groupings.
  • Work with clients to discover needs and translate into Partner solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Partner Lead for key prospecting and pursuits.
  • As a Player Coach, own personal accountability targets as well as managing a team of Partner Development Executives to individual financial targets and KPI’s.
  • Own Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Pipeline and Business Reviews.
  • Manage Training, Certification, Deal Registration for Atos Sales/Presales engine.
  • Align with Industry Leaders to ensure Partner solutions and relationships are strong within the Industry teams.
