The Franklin Square Neonatal unit is a Level III facility equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and staffed by highly trained, compassionate caregivers. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and well-staffed NICU. Please apply if you are ready to become an integral and committed part of a team of 5 APP’s and 4 Neonatologists that take care of an average of 300 NICU admissions every year. We prefer experience but new grads are welcome to apply! Physician Assistants will only be considered if they have completed a Neonatology Fellowship and Nurse Practitioners if they have completed their training as a Neonatal NP.

This is a salaried full-time position, and the provider will be expected to work 36 hours per week. This will be 12 hr. shifts 3 times a week with a combination of day and night. Holiday shifts are shared equally among the group.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Training - Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.
  • PA: Completed Neonatology Fellowship
  • NP: Completed training as a Neonatal NP 
  • Experience 
  • License/Certification/Registration 
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
  • Verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills preferred.

This position has a hiring range of $115,000 - $143,619
