Job Description

The NICU Nurse Manager will serve as a strategic leader within the NICU department. This new role involves guiding new growth opportunities and enhancing the operational performance of our new NICU department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of neonatal services, and the ability to drive change while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within our hospital as we prepare for the upcoming facility expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities, aligning strategies with the overall goals of Cherokee Nation Health Services.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Oversee daily operations within the NICU, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements in efficiency and patient satisfaction.
