• Requirements:

  • Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Opera or similar PMS;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Sense of organisation and ability to prioritise in a busy environment;
  • Ability to do multiple task;
  • Ability to work overnight shift, including weekends and holidays as required;
  • Previous experience in similar high-volume role advantageous;
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues;
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy;
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality;
  • Can do attitude;
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage;
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance;
  • Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
  • Customer-oriented and friendly;
  • Working quickly without compromising quality;
  • Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
