What you'll do:

"3 phase ups new product development quality assurances。Lead NPD quality activities : PROLaunch APQP/quality planning and quality deliverables, quality risk assessment and mitigation, design and validation review, pilot run quality release to achieve defect free lunch"

"1.Lead APQP activities in new product development, work with cross functional team to achieve zero defect launch.
2.Design and validation plan review to assure design quality
3.MFG sample review and PFMEA review to identify the risk in MFG process
3.Conduct quality process audits to proactively identify and implement continue improvement opportunities.
4.Champion NPI quality issue handling, lead effective problem solving and corrective action,proactive communication."

Qualifications:

Bachalor and above
5 years experience in quality management and 3+ experience in NPI quality

Skills:

"Knowledge of quality techniques including statistical methods used to analyze and control products variations, capability studies, Gage R&R's, Control Planning and FMEA
Knowledge of Electronic and UPS topology
Be familiar with IPC standard
Knowledgeable in the application of Product/Process standards of Customer Quality Requirements
Team-oriented problem solving skills using quality tools and structured methodologies
Prior experience with power electronics Quality Engineer or RND preferred.
Knowledgeable in Six Sigma methodology (Green/Black belt preferred)."
