Ascension St Vincent Veedersburg is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well established practice in rural Veedersburg, Indiana

• Excellent and stable support staff
• Patient base consists of new and existing adolescent through geriatric patients
• 10 hour shifts ? Monday ? Thursday 7:30 a.m. ? 5:30 p.m.
• See approx 20+ patients per day
• Join 3 MD's and 1 NP
• Located in West Central Indiana with an easy commute from Crawfordsville, IN and Danville, IL
• 10k sign on bonus after you start

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
