• Inpatient Consult only service providing symptoms management and goals of careat our Gainesville campus
• Teleservice provided to satellite campuses
• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Service Line supported by dedicated:
• Hospice Palliative Care Board Certified Physicians
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers
• Chaplain
• Well experienced hospital support staff

• Acute Care Certified Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Unrestricted Georgia or ability to obtain PA License Required
• Experience in Palliative Care or Hospice is Preferred, 
• Position is open to new grads and those with other relevant inpatient experience.
• Passion for quality and patient care
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
