Facey Medical Foundation is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in Santa Clarita, California. The ideal candidate will have experience or Interest in working with medically complex patients with multiple comorbidities. Make an impact in healthcare while serving a diverse patient population.

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Outpatient clinic
• Compensation is between $152,081 and $198,666 per year
• 2 years of Primary Care NP experience required
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above

Facey Medical Foundation is the MSO for Facey Medical Group with offices in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Simi valleys. Facey employs over 240 physicans specializing in everything from Internal Medicine and Pediatrics to Women's Health Services (OB/Gyn) and Orthopedic Surgery. Facey has a large contracted network of specialists to better meet patient needs and expectations. Facey proudly operates two fully functional Urgent Care Centers (Santa Clarita + San Fernando) and has repeatedly received awards for clinical excellence.
