Position Overview:
• Join an experienced group of OBGYNs, Family Medicine with OB, and APP support - mentorship available!
• 14 patients per day in the clinic - Never pushed based on quantity of patients seen
• Design your dream schedule with 80 personal days per year
• 7 days of C-Section call per month; Average of 5-6 deliveries per month
• Autonomy to build the mix of OB & GYN that suits your preference
• Practice in a state where physicians can provide the full spectrum of reproductive health care

Compensation & Benefits:
• Flexible compensation structure that values your years of experience, not how many patients you see. Physicians with experience will receive a base guarantee/call compensation of $493K annually
• Total First Year package of up to $735K in the first year with a generous sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and unheard of Employer 401k Contributions of 20%
