Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an OB/GYN to fill an opening with a Multi-specialty Healthcare Facility located in Columbus, Georgia.
Requirements of the OB/GYN:
- Must have an active State License
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Benefits of the OB/GYN:
- The salary for this position is $260,000 / yr (commensurate with experience)
- This is a Full-Time or Part-Time (at least 2-3 days a week) position

Responsibilities of the OB/GYN:
- Review patient’s medical history
- Update charts and patient information to show current findings and treatments
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists care for and treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists prescribe or administer therapy, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patient
- Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients
- Monitor patients’ conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary
- Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists refer patient to medical specialist or other practitioner when necessary
- Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists consult with or provide consulting services to other physicians
- Recommend and design a plan of treatment
- Address concerns or answer questions that patients have about their health and well-being
