rnOccupational Therapist needed asap for 13 weeksrnREQUIRED SKILLS: Active Drivers License, Auto‐Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report ‐ RequiredrnGeneral OT ‐ no specific specialty (need to see pediatric and general population)rnMostly Outpatient w/ Acute CarernOrtho, Neuro, Peds Experience ‐ RequiredrnBLS (AHA)rnALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)rnDress Code: Uniform or dress/casual clothes no jeansrn

Licensure (MI LARA) & Certifications (BLS ‐ AHA)
Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates ‐ 50 mile radius restriction)
