MISSION

As Offer Data deployment leader, you play a critical role in the industrialization of our Global Service offers, ensuring availability, accuracy and accessibility of offer data and associated prices in Countries systems, improving the PIM adoption rate, and enabling the master data readiness of the new quotation tool deployment.

Your mission will include:

Deploy PIM global offers data & pricing in country ERP system

• Mapping Offer Master data gaps versus global catalog in PIM

• Support country offer portfolio design for offers and associated prices& cost

• Support country on offer master data set up from PIM to ERP

• Support country in selector localization and CR web publication

Local CRs Portfolio management

• Identify the top local CRs in use for ERP order booking

• Understand the SOW of local CRs and work with country on the cleansing solution from 3 options: (1) substituted by global PIM CRs (2) Integrated into PIM (3) Decommission directly

• With involvement of offer data and offer managers to determine the optimal solution

• Report the cleansing status and track the PIM adoption improvement result

Offer Data Run mode country support

• Offer master data issue escalation & resolution

• Local CRs usage control through Backdoor Monitoring

• Cascade offer data update & changes to country

• Connection with local PIM champion and MD owners

• Offer Data Deployment & Optimization Playbook update
