We have an opening for talented technical professionals with experience in consulting and a proven history of successful delivery of solutions leveraging Microsoft Office 365 for mid-market and enterprise clients. This individual should be well versed in the native features and capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 including OneDrive, Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams to design, plan and implement Modern Workplace solutions. This individual will be comfortable participating as a team member to deliver results on small, medium and large-scale complex projects.

How you'll spend your time:

• Conveying the value of the Microsoft 365 platform including teamwork (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) by understanding business needs and translating those requirements into capabilities of the Microsoft 365 platform
• Participating in migrations and modernizations from non-Microsoft platform on-premises or cloud to Microsoft Office 365
• Understanding business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solutions
• Generating technical and functional requirements through structured meetings and workshops
• Collaborating as part of larger delivery teams which may include engagement managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and change management professionals
• Working with the latest Microsoft technologies to solve real business problems
• Working with an experienced team of professional consultants and technical advisors
• Growing technically, professionally, and personally
• Solving complex technology challenges
• Working with multiple, industry-diverse clients
• Sharing best practices with internal team members and clients
• Working on and potentially leading multiple projects simultaneously
• Managing client expectations throughout a project

The kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following:

• 2 - 5 years of experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Designed, configured & implemented Microsoft 365/Exchange/Skype for Business/Teams solutions, including hybrid deployment options
• Designed, configured & implemented on-premises Exchange and Skype for Business solution
• Understanding of network implications & requirements needed for all Microsoft 365 functions
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 license levels and feature/service implications associated at various levels
• Experience of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 implementation and migrations
• Strong knowledge and experience of managing Microsoft 365 migrations at Enterprise level
• Implemented and managed appropriate identity models for Microsoft Azure AD, ADFS, Single Sign On (SSO) and Azure AD Connect for the deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Experience with Azure AD user management both for Microsoft 365 and third-party services
• Experience of providing security recommendations or supporting the implementation of security requirements across the Microsoft 365 suite
• Focusing on Communication, Collaboration, Identity and Security aspects of the Microsoft 365 portfolio
• Azure Active Directory (Identity Management, Azure AD Connect, Securing access, External Users, Enterprise Applications / SSO)
• Active Directory (Design, Security controls, Directory Integration)
• Exchange/Exchange Online (Hybrid configurations, Migration, Management, Security configuration, Defender for Office 365 (ATP))
• Microsoft Teams (Teams for Communication, Teams for Collaboration, Guest Access Management, Phone System / Enterprise Voice / Calling Plans / Direct Routing, Teams Policies, Live Events, Audio Conferencing
• SharePoint / OneDrive (Security controls, Impact on Teams, Guest access, File migration)
• Security (Conditional Access, Communication Compliance, Cloud App Security, Identity Protection, Insider Risk Management, Information Governance, Information Protection, Intune, Defender for Identity (Azure ATP), Multi-factor authentication, Privileged Identity Management)
• 3rd Party migration approaches (Email, Personal file data, Shared file data)

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 – $160,000. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience and qualifications.
