What You’ll Do:
- Facilities Management (all current/future repair work)
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Office Equipment
- Building requests
- General administrative duties such as light calendar management and handling internal communication
- Assist with the planning of in-house or off-site events
- Building:
- All external guests passes
- New Hires
- Employee passes
- Vendor relationship management
- Cleaning crew communications
- Managing reception - greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls
Coordinating with IT on all office equipment - Supporting teams by assisting with ad hoc projects
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in an office manager or executive administrative role
- Facilities Management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, and to handle multiple tasks
- Well-organized, with an interest in promoting process improvements
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
*Compensation Range:Â $90,000-$100,000

Must be located or willing to relocate to New York City Metropolitan Area
*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
