Office Manager (Maternity cover)

Job Description

As an Office Manager of the Madrid office, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper performance of the office and the development of business in your geographical area. You will manage maintenance, suppliers, material and other administrative tasks.

• Identify new opportunities to develop short, medium and long-term relationships with schools and colleges
• In many cases, schedule visits to schools and colleges
• Visit schools and faculties to propose projects of differential added value
• Meet with schools and faculties with a predetermined frequency to continue developing new projects
• Create new and scalable Projects for schools and colleges
• Obtain records of interested parties from the schools and faculties visited
• Have a comprehensive offline / online approach in relations with schools
• Manage maintenance, suppliers, material and other administrative tasks 

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field

• A minimum of 6 years experience in sales, marketing or related field

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English

• A positive, team oriented approach
