Main responsibilities:

• Engage regularly with assigned Regional BU team / Marketing Lead to understand and collect needs related to marketing strategies & campaigns
• Play an omnichannel advisor role and support BU in finalizing campaign planning & design
• Liaise with MarCom CoE Delivery Center Team to confirm feasibility of campaign execution and activate delivery by connecting with campaign operationalization manager
• Coordinate and inform BU about progress, serving as connector in case of questions / risks to be raised or managed
• Provide regular progress updates to the Omnichannel Marketing Activation Senior Manager regarding the campaign plan and execution.
• Be the main contact for local business units in the country, ensuring alignment with the regional business unit and involving the appropriate colleagues from the MarCom CoE team to provide support promptly.
• Lead and build campaign reporting and insights effectively in order to assess optimization opportunities as well as campaigns impact

Preferred profile:

• Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
• + 5 years' experience in digital marketing in an international, multicultural environment
• + 5 years experience in 360° omnichannel campaign management
• Experience and expertise with marketing strategies and understanding of assigned BU landscape (e.g. industry, brand, key customers)
• Solid knowledge of the end-to-end omnichannel process (incl. general knowledge of capabilities within MarCom scope)
• Proficient in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and engage with various collaborators at different seniority levels
• Ability to navigate core tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, CRM system, etc.) required to coordinate campaign execution end-to-end
• Experience with agile methodologies & project management to coordinate effectively delivery plan for multiple campaigns and related tasks
• Good knowledge base of advanced analytical tools to be involved in campaign performance evaluation and analysis of learnings/ improvement areas
• Manage ambiguity and removing obstacles
