Main responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and deploy omnichannel marketing technology solutions to ensure accurate functioning and seamless integration into existing systems and workflows.
• Provide technical support to MarCom CoE teams (e.g., Tech & Process Manager, BUs Omnichannel Marketing Activation Managers) addressing issues related to marketing technologies and minimizing disruption to day-to-day activities.
• Drive seamless technical and operational integration between various marketing systems and platforms to enable the execution of a unified and efficient omnichannel marketing approach.
• Manage MarCom CoE websites and platform management (Bd.Com/Adobe Assets/AEM/Litmos/Showpad) to ensure all key business requirements are met.
• Develop and deliver ad-hoc training sessions, in alignment with the Process Specialist, to support business users and drive adoption of key technologies/IT tools.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for the Tech & Process Manager and share requested input on usage, performance, and opportunities of adopted technologies.

Preferred profile

• Degree in digital marketing/information systems.
• 3+ years of experience in technology management.
• 3+ years of programming experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of omnichannel marketing campaign capabilities.
• Proficiency in technology and digital solutions to support end-to-end campaign execution.
• Strong programming and scripting abilities, proficient in coding languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS).
• Proficient in English.
• Advanced analytical skills to analyze data and inform/support upcoming technology-related decisions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while effectively communicating with a diverse range of collaborators.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing disruption to marketing campaigns and delivering efficient support.
• Exploitation of new technologies (Blockchain, AI, Machine Learning, etc.) to advance the MarCom CoE Tech value proposition.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms to enable more scalable and flexible marketing operations.
