What You Will Do
β’ Handle client's customer service and product related inquiries with empathy and patience via email, outbound phone calls, chat, and SMS services
β’ Schedule appointments and/or call backs for the Sales Team
β’ Ask probing questions and use critical thinking to determine root cause of the customer need
β’ Clearly document the callerβs inquiry, the troubleshooting steps taken, and the inquiry resolution/next steps
β’ Compose professionally written chats, emails, inquiry notes, and follow proper escalation procedures
β’ Educate and guide customers, of all technical skill levels, through troubleshooting processes using multiple web-based tools and sites
β’ Maintain our high standard of professionalism and conduct
β’ Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers
What You Bring
β’ Strong customer service and data entry skills
β’ Personal style and fashion sense
β’ Excellent listening skills and acute attention to detail
β’ Ability to multi-task (typing while navigating different interfaces and talking)
β’ Availability to work flexible shifts based on business needs between 7A β 6 PM CST, Monday β Saturday*
β’ 1+ Year of call center experience preferred
β’ Prior retail experience
β’ Knowledge of high-end retail brands preferred
What You Will Need
β’ Ability to commute to ouronsite office location in Plano, TX 75023
β’ Experience operating Windows Operating System
β’ Capability to WFH via wired internet connection to Harte Hanks provided laptop*
β’ High school diploma or equivalent
β’ Ability to communicate professionally through verbal and written English
β’ Must pass all assessments, background check, and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
