What do you get to do in this position?

1. Responsible for monitoring candidate experience post offer acceptance in multiple systems and with collaboration with internal colleagues in Mexico and South America.
2. Monitor and control compliance requirements and completion based on country requirements (Background, Drug Screen, Medical Check Up, etc.)
3. Communication with stakeholders and candidates to keep them informed on necessary progress, updates, and completion prior to start date of the candidate.
   Performs administration across the recruiting process, including candidate communication and status updates, preboarding and requisition governance and management. May perform administrative support in associated HR systems and platforms that are related to the hiring process.
4. Other duties include supporting countries in North America with interviews and pre-boarding activities as well as supporting special projects as needed.
