What you'll do

• Provide operations support to ensure that service level agreements are met
• Run batch production schedules as assigned by shift manager and as defined by scheduling toolset
• Apply ad-hoc batch production changes to daily batch schedules as submitted by support personnel
• Report all abnormal batch production conditions to shift leader for follow up and resolution
• Monitor the "Alert" communication PC for special Operations requests
• Monitor the ATM network for error conditions. Apply corrective action as per supplied documentation
• Receive and post various file transmissions (ex. ACH) according to documentation and schedule
• Transmit various file transmissions as per documentation and schedule

What you'll bring

• High school or technical school diploma. Bachelor's degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or similar fields is a nice to have but not required.
• Intermediate computer literacy skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management

Requirements

This is a 100% on-site role in our Avon, CT office. The hours of this role are 3:30pm - 12am (2nd Shift).

• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as necessary
• Ability to work occasional weeks of over 40 hours as necessary

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - 60,360 annually
