Job Description
We are looking for a highly-motivated Operations Associate to help drive operational excellence at Air! You will be a core member of the Strategy & Operations team and will partner most closely with People, Finance and the leadership team. This is a growing team at Air, so the ideal candidate is a generalist who is eager and willing to roll up their sleeves to build at a start up in early stages. This is a fully-remote role (US or Canada).
The Role
- Design and lead the end-to-end cycle of our employee experience, including pre-onboarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding experience
- Manage our key HR information systems, employee spend management systems, and maintain the integrity of our employee database
- Plan employee-engagement activities, such as virtual social events, All Hands meetings, and in-person team bonding events
- Provide ongoing support to employees on all feedback and questions related to HR
- Lead and manage our employee sentiment survey processes; analyze and present key insights and action plans to Leadership team
- Manage and continuously improve our existing operational processes such as payroll, accounts payable, and employee expense reimbursement system
- Liaise with Leadership to continuously build and support new operational initiatives to improve overall employee experience and operational efficiency at Air
Requirements
- Prior People, HR or Operational experience, preferably at an early stage / high growth start up
- Experience with key HR systems (e.g. BambooHR, Rippling) is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to details
- Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and willingness to take initiatives
- A desire for continuous process improvement and driving change within a fast-paced organization
- Comfortable working independently and operating autonomously

Salary Range is $60,000 - 80,000, commensurate with experience
