As the Operations Associate for Good People Digital, this role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Team. This is a multidimensional role that will live in the world of Business Strategy, Compliance, Human Resourcing, Talent Acquisition and Process. The ideal candidate will be organized and lean into proactive communication. Their mission will be to ensure that the business and GPD team members are well taken care of, so that our clients and projects can be supported successfully.

 

Requirements

Essential Job Functions
  1. Assist Operations Manager in daily management of administrative tasks that support the organization's day to day operations
  2. Create and update systems as they pertain to Business Operations and People/Culture of the company
  3. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
  4. Organize and maintain digital back office platforms and task/project management systems as it pertains to Operations and Internal Team needs
  5. Provide updates to Management and Leadership Team on a regular basis of changes around operational changes
  6. Coordinate corporate travel, company outings and parties, and other events, workshops, & experiences related to the business
  7. Prepare, send, sign, and track eSignatures for important business and legal documents; such as offer letters, employment agreement, vendor agreements
  8. Assist with Talent Acquisition through job posting, shortlisting vetting candidates, and scheduling job interviews
  9. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for team members
  10. Organize and maintain internal records in a confidential manner, including but not limited to: data sheets, employee schedules/rosters, team insights, survey results, company hardware, etc.
  11. Manage general business communications; including general GPD email inboxes, incoming physical and digital mail and deliveries
  12. Support state, local, and federal compliance requirements as it relates to company and team
  13. Assist with the continuous improvement of employment engagement, culture building, and opportunities for the team
Essential Core Competencies
  1. 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role. Preferably in an agency setting.
  2. Possess qualities such as being detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have an excellent attention to detail
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  6. Proficiency with Apple macOS operating systems and software.
  7. Must be proficient with tools such as 1Password, ClickUp, Gusto, HelloSign, Whimsical, Zoom, Slack, Pitch, and G-Suite (including Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Compensation
  • Base Salary - $40,000 - $45,000 ; based upon experience
