About the Role:
Credible is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic Operations Interns for a summer internship. As an Operations Intern, you will assist the Loan Operations and Client Success teams.
This internship will provide you an opportunity to practice your customer service, data processing, critical thinking, and analytical skills across several Marketplace Operations teams. You will learn from business leaders and walk away from this internship with effective business skills.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Credibleās Private Student Loan, Student Loan Refinancing, and Personal Loan products
- Respond to a high volume of inbound client inquiries coming in by phone, live chat, and email
- Complete outbound calling campaigns to help clients move forward with their loan request
- Evaluate customer requests for loan options and process those requests efficiently and accurately with support from the Loan Operations team
- Identify client needs and help clients use specific site features
- Educate customers by explaining how different financial products work and assist them in improving their financial literacy with support from the Client Success team
- Collaborate with Credibleās analysts to establish or improve upon your Excel skills
- Develop customer-related metric reports, analyze the data, and report findings to management
Education and Skills:
- Must be a current Bachelorās student or recent graduate
- Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Strong collaborative nature, able to work cross-functionally with client-facing and back-end teams with a solution-focused mindset
- Tactful, with sound judgment -- you will be helping people with important and stressful decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinker with the ability to identify trends and issues
Internship Details
- Dates: 5/20/2024 - 8/30/2024Ā
- 5/20/24 - 8/16/24 - 40 hrs/week required
- 8/19/24-8/30/24 - 15-20 hrs/wk required, 40 hrs/week available*
- Hours: 9am - 6pm EST (1 hr lunch break)
- Location requirements: Remote - ET preferred
Credible is open to hiring candidates in the following locations: Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay ranges for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, are listed below.Ā
Pay Range
$17ā$17 USD
