Job Title: Operations Manager (DTB, PASS)
Location: Mt Pleasant, PA
Reports To: Vice President - Operating Unit Manager DTB, PASS, LTB
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational management of our production facility located in Mt Pleasant, Pennsylvania with a revenue of approximately $300 million, expected to grow to $800 million - $1 billion USD. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, ensure operational excellence, and support the company's growth objectives. Key areas of responsibility include production, planning, procurement, industrial engineering and customer order project management. Success in this role will be measured by On Time Delivery, On Quality Delivery (OTD/OQD), Revenue Growth (REV) and Operating Cash Flow (OCF).

Key Responsibilities:
1. Health, Safety, Environment:
• Ensure highest standards of HSE are met. Establish and drive any necessary improvement always with priority order SQDIC in mind.
2. Production Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of two production facilities to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards are met.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key production metrics and identify opportunities to optimize output and reduce waste.
3. Strategic Planning:
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual production and revenue targets.
• Manage capacity planning to meet market demand and minimize operational risks.
4. Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering:
• Manage large-scale projects, including new product launches, equipment upgrades, and process improvements, with a strong emphasis on lean production principles.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet both customer quality expectations and operational efficiency goals.
• Leverage lean methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project execution with production capacity, resource planning, and overall business objectives.
• Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or risks early to maintain timelines and quality standards.
5. Financial Management:
• Drive operational efficiency to achieve revenue targets and improve cash flow performance.
• Monitor and control budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability.
6. Leadership and Team Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Revenue (REV): Achievement of annual revenue targets and defined strategic growth.
• Operating Cash Flow (OCF): Improvement in cash flow performance through operational efficiency.
• OTD/OQD: Production output, on-time delivery rates, and inventory turnover.
• Completion of strategic projects within scope, time, and budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, including senior leadership roles managing multi-site operations.
• Proven track record of delivering results in production, planning, procurement, and project management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and operational strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent are a plus.
