Job Description Summary

The SCC Operations Manager will be responsible for leading both the production and facilities teams and delivering on critical deliverables aligned with Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The SCC Operations Manager will maintain a critical role in executing the strategic vision of the SCC plant through daily management, technical problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of operational goals aligned with Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.
• Facilitate tactical decision making, problem solving, and daily management.
• Work across functional groups to meet short term and long term production targets.
• Hire, coach, and develop professional employees.
• Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex technical tasks or problems.
• Engage production team to drive continuous improvement through lean concepts.
• Communicate difficult concepts and guide team to consider multiple points of view.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

The base pay range for this position is $122,600.00 - 170,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
