Absco SolutionsĀ is the premier facility vulnerability expert in fire life-safety and security technology fields, with established offices in Washington (Everett, Fife, Spokane) and Oregon (Wilsonville). We specialize in access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and fire alarm. We're seeking a growth-minded, detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our exceptional Operations team.

Position Purpose/Mission

TheĀ Operations Support SpecialistĀ provides administrative support to all functions of the Operations department which includes but is not limited to scheduling, dispatch, inventory control, customer support, and project & service implementation & coordination. This role engagesĀ with internal and external customers and develops and maintains familiarity with all activities within Operations.Ā 

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with customers through all phases of service or project implementation and ensure customer service commitments are met.
  • Coordinate with Operations management on equipment tracking and inventory management of supplies to ensure efficiency of process.
  • Partner interdepartmentally to address/resolve administrative and operational requests
  • Perform multifaceted general office support and organization
  • Acquire knowledge of Absco service scopes to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are being adhered to on all projects. Address liabilities and responsibilities accordingly.Ā 
  • Assist with management of permitting, documentation, time frames, project close-out, and be able to recognize changes in scopes of projects that require escalation to Operations management.
  • Reviewing timecards, expense forms, reimbursements, and tool assignments to provide to Operations leadership.
  • Provide data entry support for all operations metrics, including collection, analysis, and distribution of reports to Operations leadership.Ā 
  • Track service renewals, service and inspection tracking and scheduling, service reporting, and central station monitoring coordination for the Service Department.Ā 

What You'll BringĀ 

  • Two or more years administrationĀ support experience.Ā 
  • Ā Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
  • Data analysis and abstract thinking skills.
  • ProficiencyĀ in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Ā 
  • Experience working in a warehouse office environment (preferred)
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Possess and maintain a valid State-issued Driver’s License

  • Competitive Compensation with hourly range of $22.50-26.50,Ā dependentĀ on experience level. This role is overtime eligible and has monthly bonus potential.Ā
