Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Operator I in our Manufacturing department. Pay Rate: $16.50

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards
• Perform routine inspections and equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Exceptional focus on detail and proficiency in adhering to directions
• Proficiency in handling tasks efficiently within a dynamic and time-sensitive setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
