Schedule: Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm, Monday - Tuesday, 7am - 3pm OR Thursday - Friday, 7am - 3pm, Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am - 7:00pm

What you will do:
- Operate a machine with the needle punch department with Stryker
- Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs
- Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes
- Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents
- Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed
- Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed
- Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors
- Assist execution of continuous improvement projects
- Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
- Communicate with warehouse tam members for material movement and replacement
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to production tasks
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
Education and Experience
- High School or GED required
- Two years of manufacturing experience or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to exert up to 50-75 pounds regularly and 75+ pounds occasionally
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as needed
- Ability to climb and work at elevated height as needed
- Good visual acuity and demonstrated fine motor skills
