Job Description Summary

通过操作自动化灌装机将注射器内部吹净后, 进行锥头帽组装、溶液灌装, 最后组装胶塞, 完成预充式导管冲洗器的灌装流程。

Job Description

1、按照计划执行灌装工序的生产, 配合灌装机安装、调试、验证、生产、清场等活动;

2、正确领取物料, 使用符合要求;

3、按照GDP正确填写区域相关记录, 确保字迹清晰、真实性、及时性;

4、 熟练使用岗位设备及仪器仪表;

5、协助技术员确保设备正常运行, 并完成设备维保活动;

6、生产现场5S维持和完善;

7、遵循GMP规范及生产程序要求, 配合相关部门完成验证、取样以及有关的生产活动;

8、遵守公司劳动纪律及EHS政策;

9、领导安排的其它工作。
