We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Senior Manager who can help guide and lead our practice, drive excellence in service delivery, and provide strategic direction for growth to our team.

Work Style:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the Oracle practice team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the Oracle practice that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Oracle solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Solution Architecture: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the team in designing and implementing Oracle solutions that address complex client requirements.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Oracle professionals, including consultants, developers, and architects, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project execution within budget.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify business development opportunities, participate in client presentations, and contribute to proposal development.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Oracle systems and practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the consistency and quality of Oracle solutions delivered by the practice.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Oracle practice, regularly evaluating performance and making data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Oracle solutions, including Oracle practice leadership, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Database 19c/21c, Oracle Exadata, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle APEX and Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading an Oracle solutions practice and managing Oracle projects and teams within a consulting/solutions organization supporting external clients.
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and transforming organizations that deliver business and technical solutions and services to meet customer financial and operational objectives.
  • Proven track record of developing, understanding, and managing costs and service levels in a customer-focused operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, database technologies, and related tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities with a passion for developing team members.
  • Business acumen and the ability to contribute to business growth and client relationship management.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Able to travel as required.
