Order Control Center - Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing strong working relationships with Dealers.
• Flawlessly manage and maintain the Order Control Centre as the direct communications and support channel between Dealership Stock Controllers and Ford Queries to manage and respond but not limited to include:
  • Requests to retail OTT orders
  • Requests to transfer units
  • General queries on stock, Marketing & Sales Programs and Stock Control bulletins
  • Management of Monthly Allocations administration.
  • Freight Assistance support
  • VISTA Help Desk support
