Order Management Specialist (Spare parts)

Misszió: Tervezni, irányítani egy teljes projektet beérkezésétől a végső átvételi bizonylatig. Biztosítani a jövőbeni üzleti lehetőségeket, magas szintű vásárlói elégedettséget elérni, emellett maximalizálni a profitot.

FELADATKÖR:

1. Projekt menedzsment

Irányítani a projektet a standard 7200 P 240 7200 2 és a vásárlói projekt folyamatleírás elveivel összhangban, hogy az időben történő kiszállítás KPI mutató elérje a kitűzött célt. (>95%)

2. Kockázatok és lehetőségek kezelése

Lehetőségek felfedezése, a projektek árrésének növelésére.

3. Változás menedzsment

Ellenőrzi és kezeli a projekt végrehajtása során létrejött változásokat, kontrollálja a változások következményeit,és eléri a kitűzött célokat

Ügyfél elégedettség

4. Ügyfél elégedettség

Magas színvonalon biztosítja a projekt menedzsment szolgáltatást azáltal, hogy időben teljesít az ügyfél számára. (cél>95%) Méri és nyomon követi a vásárlói elégedettséget, a fejlődési tendenciát.

5. Folyamatos fejlesztés.

Folyamatosan gondoskodik a folyamatok hatékonyabb kivitelezéséről, célokat kitűzni és megjelenni a fejlesztő eseményeken.Hozzájárulni az Ötlet-rendszer működéséhez.

6. Statisztika

Kellő időben biztosítja a szükséges statisztikákat a megfelelő adatok kiválasztásával és összegyűjtésével a szervezet és a vezetés részére.

MINIMUM ELVÁRÁSOK

• Középfokú végzettség (Felsőfokú végzettség, általános menedzsment és kereskedelmi háttér előny)
• 1 év tapasztalat kis méretű projektek szervezésében (
• Tapasztalat 1 vagy néhány területen a következők közül: logisztika, beszerzés, mérnöki tervezés
• Csapatmunkában szerzett tapasztalat
• Projektmenedzsment nemzeti környezetben (nem kötelező)
• Lean elvek megértése
• Hasonló gyári területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Nyelvtudás: angol kommunikációs szinten, (német v. francia nyelvtudás előnyt jelent)
