MissziĂł: Tervezni, irĂĄnyĂtani egy teljes projektet beĂ©rkezĂ©sĂ©tĆl a vĂ©gsĆ ĂĄtvĂ©teli bizonylatig. BiztosĂtani a jövĆbeni ĂŒzleti lehetĆsĂ©geket, magas szintƱ vĂĄsĂĄrlĂłi elĂ©gedettsĂ©get elĂ©rni, emellett maximalizĂĄlni a profitot.
FELADATKĂR:
1. Projekt menedzsment
IrĂĄnyĂtani a projektet a standard 7200 P 240 7200 2 Ă©s a vĂĄsĂĄrlĂłi projekt folyamatleĂrĂĄs elveivel összhangban, hogy az idĆben törtĂ©nĆ kiszĂĄllĂtĂĄs KPI mutatĂł elĂ©rje a kitƱzött cĂ©lt. (>95%)
2. KockĂĄzatok Ă©s lehetĆsĂ©gek kezelĂ©se
LehetĆsĂ©gek felfedezĂ©se, a projektek ĂĄrrĂ©sĂ©nek növelĂ©sĂ©re.
3. VĂĄltozĂĄs menedzsment
EllenĆrzi Ă©s kezeli a projekt vĂ©grehajtĂĄsa sorĂĄn lĂ©trejött vĂĄltozĂĄsokat, kontrollĂĄlja a vĂĄltozĂĄsok következmĂ©nyeit,Ă©s elĂ©ri a kitƱzött cĂ©lokat

5. Folyamatos fejlesztés.
Folyamatosan gondoskodik a folyamatok hatĂ©konyabb kivitelezĂ©sĂ©rĆl, cĂ©lokat kitƱzni Ă©s megjelenni a fejlesztĆ esemĂ©nyeken.HozzĂĄjĂĄrulni az Ătlet-rendszer mƱködĂ©sĂ©hez.
6. Statisztika
KellĆ idĆben biztosĂtja a szĂŒksĂ©ges statisztikĂĄkat a megfelelĆ adatok kivĂĄlasztĂĄsĂĄval Ă©s összegyƱjtĂ©sĂ©vel a szervezet Ă©s a vezetĂ©s rĂ©szĂ©re.

- KözĂ©pfokĂș vĂ©gzettsĂ©g (FelsĆfokĂș vĂ©gzettsĂ©g, ĂĄltalĂĄnos menedzsment Ă©s kereskedelmi hĂĄttĂ©r elĆny)
- 1 év tapasztalat kis méretƱ projektek szervezésében (
- Tapasztalat 1 vagy nĂ©hĂĄny terĂŒleten a következĆk közĂŒl: logisztika, beszerzĂ©s, mĂ©rnöki tervezĂ©s
- CsapatmunkĂĄban szerzett tapasztalat
- Projektmenedzsment nemzeti környezetben (nem kötelezĆ)
- Lean elvek megértése
- HasonlĂł gyĂĄri terĂŒleten szerzett tapasztalat
- NyelvtudĂĄs: angol kommunikĂĄciĂłs szinten, (nĂ©met v. francia nyelvtudĂĄs elĆnyt jelent)
