Job Brief
Flagstaff Surgical Associates, PA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Otolaryngologist. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in the medical and surgical aspects of otolaryngology, has excellent patient service skills and is committed to the highest standards of patient care. Current position is set up for otology favored practice with turn-key availability with full audiology clinic and vestibular testing. Will consider other candidates.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certified in Otolaryngology
- Valid and active medical license in the state of employment
- Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures and emergency care
- Strong understanding of patient needs and exceptional patient care skills

- Job Title: Otolaryngologist
- Work Environment: Multi-Specialty Private Practice setting with partnership track option available after 1 year
- Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Pay Range: $200,000 to $400,000 starting with greater earning potential
- Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Full allergy clinic providing immunotherapy
- Full audiology clinic
- Two midlevel providers
- Access to physician owned ASC
- Provide general ENT call for hospital (no trauma call) 1:5
Flagstaff is 2 hours from Phoenix; 1 hour from the Grand Canyon; 45 minutes from Sedona and 15 minutes from Snowbowl Ski Resort.
