Job Description

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Physician to join the dynamic team at St. Peters Internal Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

St Peters Internal Medicine, located at 147 Hoosick Street in Troy, NY, has a long tradition of providing high-quality internal medicine to the community. The team provides routine adult healthcare, including care for chronic medical conditions; preventative health and wellness service; cancer screening; and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
  • Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
  • Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5 day work week

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • NYS License
  • DEA

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

  • Starting compensation is between $250,000 and $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
  • Starting Bonus of up to $75,000
  • Retention Bonus of $25,000
  • Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on
