 Community Care Pulmonary Medicine is an established practice of 2 pulmonologists and 3 APPs.  As a close-knit practice under the umbrella of Community Care Physicians (CCP), we benefit from being part of the largest, independent, physician-driven multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region.  Our practitioners collaborate closely, sharing best practices, refining processes, fostering innovation, and prioritizing top-notch care for both our staff and patients.

Board certification in Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine required.
