Withum’s Outsourced Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking an Outsourced Accounting Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing team in any of the following office locations: East Brunswick, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Red Bank, NJ. This will be a hybrid in-office position. This will not be a remote role. They will oversee and work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies.  Are you a proven problem solver with a knack for numbers? How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Supervising a team
• Reviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractors
• Reviewing and approving payroll
• Ensuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processes
• Establishing and maintaining the implementation of AP procedures
• Performing weekly process of payroll, accounts payable, and monthly expense reconciliation
• Maintaining AP and PO reports, analyzing results and making corrections as needed
• Overseeing vendor maintenance, compliance, AP performance management and analytics

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• CPA or accounts payable related certificate preferred
• 5-7+ years of accounting experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Preferably experience with Intacct Accounting System, QBO, and/or NetSuite Accounting Systems
