We are currently seeking a self-driven P2P Transformation PMO, Program Manager with a passion for operational excellence to join the Global P2P Transformation Program Team. The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of a complex portfolio of P2P Transformation Projects . Th is role will be accountable fo r a team that is managing scope, business benefits, timeline, budget, resources, change & communication, risk & issues, governance, and reporting . This position will report directly to the Global P2P Transformation Director . This individual will be responsible for team performance and dr iving a PMO roadmap , with the goal of effective and scalable continuous improvement and transformation initiatives . This includes coaching, effective prioritisation, strategic planning, and hands-on execution alongside their team members. The position will ensure robust proc esses are in place for all business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibili ties:

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the P2P pro gram management strategy and project management roadmap to support our core KPIs.


  • Accountable for the North America P2P Transformation roadmap, working closely with the project managers and key business leaders to ensure priorities are in line with the business opportunities, while ensuring the project managers are delivering upon the commitments.


  • Establish collaboration opportunities with other functions to ensure overall P2P Transformation project roadmap, priorities and deliverables will be achieved and aligned with the North America Region's priorities.


Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Establish collaboration opportunities with other functions to ensure overall P2P Transformation project roadmap, priorities and deliverables will be achieved and aligned with the North America Region's priorities.


  • Manage senior leadership communications, including the developing Steering Committee and Boar d materials and coordinating key meetings across geographies.


  • Own internal communications across the organization related to project progress, efficiency, and performance.


  • Enable Customer Focus. Work to continuously improve the relationship between the P2P Transformation team and its key stakeholders and ensure their support. Coaching and mentoring project managers and share knowledge of best practices.


  • Ensure coordination between all project stakeholders (P2P, finance, AP & Local Business) for the project execution and success.


  • Arbitrate in case of escalation, managing with global program team and regional leaders to ensure efficient and effective decision making.


  • Establish communication strategy and execute to ensure proper leadership transparency in P2P Transformation progress, challenges, and opportunities.




Program Oversight & Project Management

  • Project t racking and performance monitoring to ensure continuous high performance and proactive identification of challenges and opportunities


  • Day-to-day operations management including stakeholder management and follow-up on projects, ensuring timelines are well-communicated and tracked, and hands-on support when dates are slipping. Apply PM best practices.


  • Analyze project and transformation strategies, like risk, issues, actions and dependencies and make adjustments with the project managers or other parallel transformations.


Risk Management

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify , assess, and mitigate project and program level risks.


  • Establish program-level risk management practices and ensure they are integrated into project management processes.


  • Identify and classify the risks associated at a country level and at global level. Propose elimination, mitigation, or contention plans. Follow-up on them on a weekly basis.


People Management

  • Provi de management and coaching to a team of project managers and analysts focused on plant-level operations and project management, implementing effective operational readiness strategies to launch and scale projects.


  • Monitor and optimize how personnel, budget, and resources are all ocated across the program portfolio and identify and address any gaps.


Performance Measurement

  • Ensure P2P Transformation KPIs are aligned with global expectations, and the impact is measurable.


  • Analyze project performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Global scope and complex project management experience, 5 years.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Engineering. MBA preferred.

• PMP certification nd consulting experience is a plus.

• Travel availability, 10% of time (North America)
