Package Consultant: Siebel

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Package Consultant with expertise in Siebel CRM to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Siebel applications to meet client business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements provide technical solutions and enhance the overall functionality of Siebel systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementation and configuration of Siebel applications ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop custom components workflows and integrations within the Siebel environment.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Siebel configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support for Siebel applications troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations processes and procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience with Siebel CRM including implementation configuration and support.
• Proficient in Siebel tools configuration scripting and integration technologies (e.g. EAI EIM).
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes across various industries (preferrably in telecom indutry).
• Preferred experience in Siebel OpenUI Siebel product and pricing modeling Siebel application upgrades and Siebel application administration.
• Understanding of telecom industry processes and CRM stack architecture and integrations.
• Knowledge of design and development of APIs web services (REST/SOAP) and data formats (JSON XML).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL NoSQL) and data transformation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
