Paid Marketing Specialist
Blend consumer connection with the fast-paced, goal-focused atmosphere of a top consumer goods company! Keurig is looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist: an early career marketer passionate about performance marketing, specifically for paid search and shopping campaigns.
The Paid Marketing Specialist will work across the DTC and B2B teams, with the goal of driving online conversion for subscription, coffee makers and K-Cup pods. The position reports the Sr. Manager, Paid Marketing and partners closely with our cross-functional marketing, merchandising, and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage paid search and shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; ensuring campaigns are set up with best practices and routinely optimized for maximum efficiency
- Responsible for the day-to-day campaign management including budget and bids adjustment, campaign optimization and expansion
- Analyze performance data and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reviews and provide insights for campaign, bid optimization, audience targeting and promotions
- Conduct keyword research; ensure ad copy is created and implemented according to best practices
- Implement A/B tests, participate in betas, report out results, and develop recommendations for roll-out
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to inform strategy
- Cultivate close relationships with platform teams at Google and Microsoft to optimize performance and stay educated on new opportunities
- 1+ years of relevant hands-on experience executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, able to derive actionable insights from data
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders
- Must be detail-oriented, able to pivot, and work well under pressure
- A degree in marketing, business, analytics, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience related field.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics.
- Experience with/certifications for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA 360, etc.
