Job Description
- Inpatient -consult only service
- Work with a team to provide symptoms management and goals of careon-siteat our Gainesville campus
- Teleservice provided to satellite campuses
- Desirable schedule Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
- Service Line supported by dedicated:
- Advanced Practitioners
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers
- Chaplain
- Outpatient Palliative Care clinic
- Growing program with opportunity to work with residents and fellows
- BC/BE Hospice and Palliative Care
- Active Georgia license or ability to obtain unrestricted license
- 2 years post fellowship experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for quality and patient care
- Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
