ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
Peloton is looking for a diligent, highly-motivated Paralegal with 3+ years of contract management experience to join our growing legal team! The person in this role will be responsible for the administration of a large volume of day-to-day contracts for Peloton and Precor, and will assist with the management of Peloton’s digital contracting platform and other contract administration tools and processes.Â
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONÂ
- Partner with attorneys to streamline the contract preparation, approval and maintenance process within Peloton’s digital contracting platform, help prepare redlines, and draft and negotiate basic legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, release forms, and purchase ordersÂ
- Work closely with internal partners regarding the status of outstanding and completed contracts, provide mentorship on contract processes, disseminate internal policies, and offer creative solutions where appropriateÂ
- Be primarily responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and tracking of contract requests to facilitate assignment within the Peloton legal team in furtherance of both legal team administration and internal client satisfactionÂ
- Be primarily responsible for record-keeping systems and manage deadline and compliance calendars for the commercial operations legal teamÂ
- File, store, and serve as the custodian for all fully executed agreementsÂ
- Build positive relationships and feedback loops with the CLO, Global Sourcing & Supply Chain, Operations, Product, Finance, and senior business teams to drive efficienciesÂ
YOU BRING TO PELOTONÂ
- 3+ years working as an in-house paralegal, with a focus on contract administration
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience - completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program, preferredÂ
- Demonstrated experience in contract review, drafting and managementÂ
- Experience developing workflow strategies for legal teams with high contract volume
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to maintain strong working relationships with clientsÂ
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous process improvementÂ
- Must be an independent and strategic problem solver who is a strong teammate (no job is too small or too large)Â
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, innovative businessÂ
- Word processing and document management capabilities, including G Suite and Microsoft Office document comparison, document management systems, communication and collaboration applicationsÂ
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Ironclad, and other contract management and legal department management tools
