About The Role:

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of new partnerships

  • Monitor and report on partner performance, including tracking partner KPIs and helping Caribou prepare for partner business reviews

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries and escalations

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new partnerships and program enhancements

  • Develop and manage partner-related operational processes, including tracking partner progress, managing documentation and approvals, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, etc.) to ensure that partner integrations are successful and meet all technical requirements

  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage partner payments and invoicing

  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity in partner-related reporting and tracking systems


About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in partner management or operations, preferably in a fintech or financial services context

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

  • Quantitative mindset with experience using data to identify trends and make informed decisions

  • Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory landscape (or willingness to learn about it)

  • Experience with partner management tools and systems

  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Positive attitude and “can do” spirit!

  • Competitive compensation: $75,000-$100,000

  • Equity options

  • 401k savings program with 3% company contribution.

  • Generous paid time off including: 20 days accrued PTO per year, 14 annual company holidays, 16-weeks paid parental leave, bereavement leave, and volunteer day.
