About The Role:
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of new partnerships
Monitor and report on partner performance, including tracking partner KPIs and helping Caribou prepare for partner business reviews
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries and escalations
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new partnerships and program enhancements
Develop and manage partner-related operational processes, including tracking partner progress, managing documentation and approvals, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, etc.) to ensure that partner integrations are successful and meet all technical requirements
Collaborate with the finance team to manage partner payments and invoicing
Maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity in partner-related reporting and tracking systems
About You:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
2-4 years of experience in partner management or operations, preferably in a fintech or financial services context
Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Quantitative mindset with experience using data to identify trends and make informed decisions
Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory landscape (or willingness to learn about it)
Experience with partner management tools and systems
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and “can do” spirit!

Competitive compensation: $75,000-$100,000
Equity options
